How it works for New clients-

1. Complete online registration form by clicking on the ‘Contact us’ button below & submit*Please ensure the legal owner fills the entire form out for insurance purposes.*

2. Await Confirmation of availability within 24-48 hours

3. We then arrange a time to meet before the initial booking to chat in more detail about your pet, your home access & do a key handover

4. If we’re all happy to go ahead, your booking will be confirmed via email & an invoice will be sent before your booking commences

Casual bookings for existing clients- please email your preferred service & dates- a confirmation email will then be sent to you within 24-48 hours once availability is confirmed.
Repeat weekly bookings- will receive an initial confirmation email & invoices sent either weekly or fortnightly.
